Refund Policy – Alphabulls Stock Market Academy

At Alphabulls, we are committed to providing high‑quality stock market education in Bengali and ensuring that our students have a rewarding learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines under which students may request a refund for course purchases made through alphabulls.in.
By registering with us and purchasing our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility Based on Payment Modes
Refunds are eligible for the following payment modes:
UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card (one‑time payment), and Cash.
Refunds are not applicable when the payment is made through:
Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI, Finance Provider Loans, or any third‑party lending service.
2. Conditions for Refund
To maintain transparency and fairness for both our students and our academy, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Recorded Courses: Once access to any recorded course is granted, fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Subscription-Based or Package Services: If Alphabulls offers subscription‑based access (ongoing support/mentorship), such subscriptions are non‑refundable once activated. However, if a student has purchased a bundle package (e.g., a live course + subscription together), then a refund for the course portion is possible as per refund eligibility, excluding the subscription part.
Live Courses:
A student may request a refund only after attending the first live class of the course with a valid reason.
The refund request must be sent within 24 hours of the completion of the first class from the student’s registered email ID to help@alphabullsacademy.com
If the student attends the second class, refund requests will not be entertained.
Seat Booking/Registration Charges: Any one‑time seat booking fees or registration charges are strictly non‑refundable. Only the remaining balance amount (excluding GST and convenience charges) may be refunded if eligibility criteria are met.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@alphabullsacademy.com from the registered student email ID.
Upon receiving the request, we will verify it against eligibility criteria.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days from the approval date.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (excluding GST, processing fees, or convenience charges).
4. Grounds for Refund Denial
Refunds will be denied in any of the following cases:
Request submitted after the 24‑hour eligibility period from the first live class.
Student has attended more than one live session.
Courses purchased that are fully pre‑recorded.
Subscription/membership service fees.
Failure to provide necessary details (payment reference, registered email, etc.).
Tax amounts, convenience charges, or payment gateway charges are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
5. Updates to Refund Policy
We may revise or update this Refund Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Students are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
