3. User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use and enroll in our courses.
You agree that the information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up-to-date.
Alphabulls reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
4. Account Responsibilities
Students are required to create an account using a valid email ID and password.

5. Payments & Refunds
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payment modes accepted include UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Cash (excluding EMI/loan options).
Refunds are governed strictly as per our Refund Policy (available on Alphabulls.in). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
Taxes, payment gateway fees, and registration charges are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, including videos, study materials, PDFs, slides, case studies, and live/recorded sessions, is the sole property of Alphabulls.in.
Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased courses for personal educational use only.
Reproduction, resale, sharing, recording, or distributing any part of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.
